Individual operators must provide a copy of their Emirates ID or passport, along with the necessary information for registration. The registration fee for an individual operator is AED 1,500 (+ AED 10 for knowledge fee and AED 10 for innovation fee).

For owners, it is necessary to present the title deed and the DEWA bill in the owner's name when applying for a DET permit for short-term rentals. However, in the case of a tenant subletting a property for a short period, additional documents must be provided, including:
