Select Group is not only on track to complete its projects in Dubai and Europe, but it also has ambitious plans for the future. For example, the company acquired a plot of land in Business Bay with an area of 3.3 million square feet, 50% more than its previous acquisition in Dubai Marina. This new area will see the construction of eight towers. The first building will have between 30 and 35 floors, and the company plans to establish its headquarters there. The master plan indicates that construction will start soon and that new buildings will be launched every 6 to 9 months.
